Membership Classifications

Club Membership entitles the primary designee and his or her immediate family to use the Club facilities in accordance with the membership category selected. The immediate family of a member includes the spouse of the member and the unmarried children under the age of twenty-three, living at home or attending school on a full time basis. The Club has a limited number of memberships available. The following are the current classifications of Club Membership. Please be advised that the membership deposits will be raised periodically at the Board of Governors’ and Management’s discretion.

RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS

Resident Memberships are available to those who reside within the Country Club Community.

Resident Golf

Resident Golf Members are entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Golf Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times. Golf Members shall not pay green fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities of the Club.

Resident Social

Resident Social Members are entitled to use all of the tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Social Members may use the golf facilities of the Club six times during each membership year according to the Membership Plan. Social Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPS

Available to prospective members who reside locally, but do not live within a New Albany Country Club Community. Associate Members have the same usage privileges as the Resident Member. Associate Memberships are recallable, non-equity, non-transferable membership. Associate Memberships will not be recalled by the Club prior to being a member for five years.

Associate Golf

Associate Golf Members are entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Golf members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times. Associate Golf Members shall not pay green fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities of the Club.

Associate Social

Associate Social Members are entitled to use all of the tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Associate Social Members may use the golf facilities of the Club six times during each membership year according to the Membership Plan. Associate Social Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times.

EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIPS

An Executive Membership may be purchased in the name of a pre-existing partnership, company, trust or some other legal entity. The Membership will be used in the name of the entity. The entity designates one individual who will have the right to use the Club facilities. Each individual designated must submit an application and must also be approved by the Club prior to use of the Club Facilities. The individual designated must also be a director, officer or employee of the entity and pay the required dues and charges. The Membership entitles the designated user and the immediate family to use the Club Facilities on the same basis as any other Member with the same category of Membership. The designee may be changed once a year, upon payment of a transfer fee

Executive Golf

The Executive Golf Membership entitles the designated user and his or her immediate family to use the Club Facilities in the same manner as a Resident Golf Member. Executive Members will be required to pay a non-refundable Initiation Fee and will be required to pay monthly dues. With each Executive Golf Membership purchased, the company also receives 2 Executive Dining Memberships for designation within the entity. Application and approval process still applies.

Executive Social

The Executive Social Membership entitles the designated user and his or her immediate family to use the Club facilities in the same manner as a Resident Social Member. Executive Members will be required to pay a non-refundable Initiation Fee and will be required to pay monthly dues. With each Executive Social Membership purchased, the company also receives 2 Executive Dining Memberships for designation within the entity. Application and approval process still applies.

SENIOR MEMBERSHIPS

Senior Golf

The Senior Category Membership is available to prospective members who are sixty-five (65) years of age or older upon joining the Club. Senior Golf Members are entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Golf Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times. Golf Members shall not pay green fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities of the Club. The Senior Membership categories may not be upgraded or downgraded into by existing Club Members.

Senior Social

The Senior Category Membership is available to prospective members who are sixty-five (65) years of age or older when joining the Club. Senior Social Members are entitled to use all of the tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Social Members may use the golf facilities of the Club six times during each membership year according to the Membership Plan. Social Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times.

NATIONAL MEMBERSHIPS

National Memberships are entitled to the same privileges as any other Golf or Social Member. National Members may not own residence, or otherwise reside at a residence, within a one hundred mile radius of the Club. The applicant is require to provide documents establishing compliance with the residency requirement.

DINING MEMBERSHIPS

Executive Dining

An Executive Dining Membership may be purchased in the name of a partnership, company, trust or some other legal entity. The Executive Dining Membership entitles the designated user and his or her immediate family to use the Club dining facilities, hosting catered events in the member’s home as well as at the Club; including private rooms and participate in Club social events. In addition, Dining Members also have use of the Spa Sanctuary and the Hair Salon.

Personal Dining

A Personal Dining Membership may be purchased in an individual’s name. The Personal Dining Membership entitles the designated user and his or her immediate family to use the Club dining facilities, hosting catered events in the member’s home as well as at the Club; including private rooms and participate in Club social events. In addition, Dining Members also have use of the Spa Sanctuary and the Hair Salon.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS

Junior Golf

The Junior Golf Membership entitles the designated user and his or her immediate family to use the Club Facilities in the same manner as a Resident Golf Member and is entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. This Membership category is available to residents and non residents of the Country Club Community. An upgrade of the membership is required upon the 40th birthday of the primary member. Both primary and secondary member must be under the age of 40 when applying for membership. If the Member does not reside within the Country Club Community, the Membership may be recalled after a period of five years.

Junior Social

Junior Social Members are entitled to use all of the tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Social Members may use the golf facilities of the Club six times during each membership year according to the Membership Plan. Social Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times. This Membership category is available to residents and non residents of the Country Club Community. Legacy Junior Social

The Legacy Junior Social Members are entitled to use all of the tennis, athletic, swimming, spa and social facilities of the Club. Social Members may use the golf facilities of the Club six times during each membership year according to the Membership Plan. Social Members have a seven day sign-up privilege to reserve tennis court times. This Membership category is available to residents and non residents of the Country Club Community who are children of current Members.
